So if we have nice fresh seam rippers, how about a really nice pair of sharp sewing shears!
So on to the more usual matters, of what's been up. Life is rather busy right now, and sewing has taken the back seat. I am busy working on music for a special church service this Sunday evening. (Has anyone ever tried playing the piano parts from the Piano Guys?!?)
I did have lots of fun last week with Miriam, at her family's Civil War Christmas party. Singing, dancing, and food! What more could one ask for? At some point, I will hopefully be able to share the picture of me and Miriam all dressed up. And maybe then, I will give some more details on the evening!
But to more serious things, today is the 75th anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor. Please remember our country's fallen heros and the sacrifices that have been made by them and many others, so that we can enjoy the freedom we have.
Sarah loves to sew, learn more about sewing, and create items with a vintage flair. Her arch enemy is clipping curves, and she has a tolerable relationship with the seam ripper.
